They're always there when I need them or call them. It's pretty basic.
AMERICOR is simply the best. The staff are highly professional, courteous and helping with zeal.
Had to Go to Court over Credit Card Issues, that thought Americor took care of? So have had some issues. Also, Credit Reporting is Negative, and thought that would also be taken care of.
We had issues doing electronic signing the other day in but outside from that everything is very seamless, easy, and straightforward. I was satisfied.
When I spoke with my advocate she explained how I would be able to payoff the 4 credit cards with Americor talking to my creditors on my behalf and be clear in just over 2 years instead of 13 years as with JUST paying the card companies.
It was simple, they were on top of it and the process was pretty clear and convenient and really fast. Everything was very convenient and I got assistance from them. Choose Americor honestly if you have any issues, that company is a go to.
I think the customer service representatives are outstanding. But when I enrolled, they weren't completely forthcoming about how the whole process works. I think they left some things out of the conversation about how you build up your bank account.
The company stayed on top of everything. They answered all my questions and helped me feel pretty satisfied with what we were going to do. They have been great and helpful.
Your system is a little hard getting use to. That's a good thing but thorough. Who knows I like. Very organized.
