I didn't understand the process of me having to do a lot of paperwork. Ask all the questions upfront because I have a question I need to ask. It would have been nice to be notified about how much I would need to do on my end.

I would really appreciate seeing my accounts being settled a little sooner but I have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone from the customer support team that I’ve interacted with. It has been really difficult to see my credit take such a hit during this process.
