I like how the representatives keep me updated regarding settlements.
I don't like that they worked on the higher balanced account 1st and all the collected money is going to that while the other accounts are just sitting with nothing happening and affecting my credit even more. After 7 months, I only have 1 settlement out of 10.
I have already recommended them to a friend. They really do help people and the guy I worked with was great. They stay on top of things, I never had to call them because they were always calling and checking up on me. I think Americor should be a number one choice for people.
Everything was great until I had to drop from program due to my child not paying on her and filing BK. I co-signed for her so this effects me too. All the money I paid into the program was kept which I find unacceptable
