They are great company they explained a-z how program works
They have called me a couple times to just let me know what was happening. They were just very thorough and the woman I was working with was really, really nice. It was great. I was really impressed.
My customer service records was really really good. Overall great.
They're very upfront with the procedure on the protocol and being very helpful in terms of helping me kind of getting through the whole debt situation. So in general they're very helpful and every time I need more information I can seek help for their website and they always get back to me. Some representatives were good, some were not so great.
