It was a simple process and all of my questions were answered.
They get that rating because they have done nothing bad and have already made some progress!
It was good.but didn't like getting hit with a 24percent loan at the end of debt and only had two more debts to settle.
The receptionist working with me was excellent. Everything has been great. My advice is to call Americor, they are on top of it and the best company I have ever dealt with.
Customer service was wonderful. They were very efficient and professional.
They were there to answer all my questions and return my calls. It was easy and pain free, I got rid of a large debt in a short amount of time. They did everything right on, everything was really easy and I really don't need them for anything now.
I'm a brand new with Americor and within two weeks of registering with them the resolution team had already resolved one of my debts just that quickly. And when I got in touch with them this morning I was able to talk to Rochelle and she was great. She responded immediately to what my needs were, she told me everything was approved. I just really feel very comfortable with ther company. They've already done a spectacular job and they've already communicated with me.
They are very prompt if you ask for a phone call back they return your call and keep track of things too. I had a couple of surprises that I wasn't quite expecting, so you wanna ask as many questions as you can when you start. Certainly you don't want to get in surprises, my credit score was expected to fall, but it's a little further than I expected. They did exactly what they told me they could do. They're always prompt with answers and very precise with their answers.
They resolved my debt, smoothly and save me a lot and my credit score just up about 70, I'm very satisfied customer thanks.
