They were always very courteous and professional. I feel like maybe there's a little more that they can do to reduce the debts, but the experience overall has been good, they took care of everything. I tried to do everything that they asked me to do, which which wasn't really very difficult, it was simple and then they just follow through and did what they had to do but overall it was a good experience.
The guy was awesome, he really helped me. They just call and email too often, once a month would be sufficient.
The guy that I spoke to was really helpful so. He made me feel at ease about the whole thing.
