They have so far given me very good customer service. I'm a new customer but they have explained things very well and given me very clear instructions as to what to do and so so far it has been great. I just think that Americor so far has been a very good company to work with.
The people at Americor answered all my questions and helped me through the whole procedure. Everything went well. They negotiated with my accounts quickly and helped me through the difficult times. I appreciate all the help they gave me.
They had 2 settlements in 1 week out of 4 of my accounts. I am very pleased with what they have done so we far and, if they can get the last two accounts to settle for 50% I will be so greatful and recommend them to everyone else!

Everything was pretty simple. The representative that assisted me walked me through everything I found difficult. He showed a lot of professionalism. It is pretty good. This is the first time I’ve ever done anything like this and it is good stuff because I needed it.
