They take the time and actually listen to me and one of the accounts I wanted to keep open and they were able get that resolved. So far it's been really good experience.
Any time I requested any information or needed anything, they were very responsive. They did everything they said they would do. They handled everything, they said they would handle. My only complaint is the settlement fees make it so you don’t save as much. Overall it was a good experience.
I've never had any problem, everytime I call them they let me know what's going on. So far everything was okay. It's really going the way it's supposed to go. There's no issue or any problem.
I believe that most of what I've expected from the programs exceeded my expectations and the timing that was from all things that I didn't recognize what happened but for the most part I was pleased with the outcome.
Overall experience was great. The process can be very long so I am in the middle.
