There was continuous communication between myself and Americor and the people that helped me out. They are very good at communicating and getting organized. They're very on point and trustworthy.

Easy to work with. Communication was great. All the information was handled easily and I was given the opportunity to receive assistance when I needed it.
I would recommend Americor. If you want a company that works with you and helps you out, I'd say Americor is it.
They were able to know what questions I was asking and they were ready to answer anything.
Although the process is pretty straightforward they I feel like there could be a little bit more transparency on the process in general. It did what I needed it to do, it reduced my debt much faster than I would have done on my own account. They're very responsive if you have any further questions.
They were easy to work with and understanding. They’ve been able to take care of everything for me in a timely fashion. Everything is great. It was scary at first but in the long run great.
They reassured us that creditors would not be contacting also that they would handle everything. They were diligent, experienced and made you feel secure. The representative again was diligent and she was very patient.

It was pretty responsive, the follow ups are very timely so I really didn't have a problem in terms with the customer service it was fine. I talked to another company and their rate is a little lower the monthly pay back was a little lower, not significantly but it was lower. I don't really have much experience or haven't been a customer for a very long but it's just my initial research it seems like the rate could be a little lower.
