It's quick for them to get back to us once we got ourselves in our portal. Some of the information we've been getting in the mail. We get a response back in a couple days knowing that it was getting worked on and was getting looked at.

Only 1 of the 3 creditors has agreed to the negotiated amount. I was told that it would be relatively easy to get the others as well. It's been a couple of months and nothing.
