They're very helpful, they walk you through everything. Any questions they're more than happy to respond. I'm just in the very beginning stages but so far so good. They must have pretty good training or something because everybody is so knowledgeable and friendly. I trust them that everything is going on that they say with all the information I have given them.
I've never had a problem, everytime I asked a question it was answered very fast. It was easy, simple and straight to the point. Everything was pretty self explanatory. They did a very good job explaining everything that was going to happen and when it was going to happen, there was no miscommunication
No matter what time I called, no matter what the situation, they are very attentive, very understanding, and they always solve it satisfactorily. No matter what i bring to them they always stop and listen to me and tell me, okay we can take care of that , I'll look into it for you and it was always solved. They hit everything they have promised. The people are very pleasant to deal with, so overall I'm pretty excited

Really good customer service. It can took a while to wait on the phone to talk to them but once you get a hold f them, they are really nice and they took care of what I needed. It is a good program. They are very thorough.
