It was pretty responsive, the follow ups are very timely so I really didn't have a problem in terms with the customer service it was fine. I talked to another company and their rate is a little lower the monthly pay back was a little lower, not significantly but it was lower. I don't really have much experience or haven't been a customer for a very long but it's just my initial research it seems like the rate could be a little lower. Easy program very helpful and always willing to help
The rep I soke to make me feel like it was going to help me because she fully explained it to me. I trust the program. It is easy to trust. All my questions are answered.
They answered my questions quickly even on the weekends. If I asked a question or I sent an email they responded almost immediately.
They are honest a,d very helpful when you have questions.
My experience with Americor has been good so far. One time when I called them I was on hold for 30 minutes when I was at work and didn't have time.
