They are very detailed oriented. They explained everything well.
From what I've read it works, so just try it if you're in debt. The person I work with really explained everything in detail to me compared to another company I was looking at that I was going to go with and she explained what this other company never explain to me.
I can trust them, that's why I'm in the program. I'm still in the beginning, but I am not dissatisfied because I feel like they have worked with me and are making sure that they can accommodate me before we start the process, even though they worked on a project plan for me to be able to resolve these debts.

Customer service is very detailed. Every questions I have asked, they have given me an answer that is satisfying and understandable. I hope they keep doing what they are doing. I am very satisfied. I would definitely refer someone to Americor. Everything is great.
