Good people and very nice to work with, especially during the pandemic.
They explain everything. Contact Americor, they're pretty great. They are very professional. Very trustworthy.
Most of the people were great but I do feel misled by some. The process is advertised as easy and it was pretty easy except it wasn’t exactly as promised. There is something they need to improve such as the debt payment to line credit. I was told it was going to be twelve months and it ended up being eighteen. Overall they did a fair job but you should shop around and get everything in writing. There should be more disclosure upfront. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.

They reassured us that creditors would not be contacting also that they would handle everything. They were diligent, experienced and made you feel secure. The representative again was diligent and she was very patient.
They were really attentive because when they would call and it came up as spam, so I wouldn't answer it and then they would send you a text that they were trying to call you, so then I would answer because I know it wasn't spam. It's been awesome because I recently went through a divorce and got the credit cards so they helped me do all that. Don't be embarrassed just do it. We all want to pay our bills but sometimes you get stuck.
I feel like everything was explained pretty thoroughly but there were a few steps that could have been covered a little better.
The beginning of the process is always nerve racking especially when you bail on your debts for whatever reason, but after the process started comfort starts to make its way in and when you see the progress starting to be made it gets more relieving.
