Customer service was fantastic. The whole process was easy. Very informative and walked us through the whole process.
The initial individual who I talked to was very kind and full of knowledge. I am not a computer guy so that wasn't my favorite part of the program but they very knowledgeable.
Think long and hard before you make any decisions. They are kind and courteous to me but some things are kind of frustrating to me like I've already made a payment to Americor but nothing's been taken care of on the other end.
I was under the impression that the Americor program had all rates associated that were not and so I just upgraded from one to one that was better. Overall it's just a problem.
Americor is the best out there. For anyone that is struggling they make it so much easier.

Americor is a good company to get out of debt. You have nothing to lose. Customer service is nice. They call me if things aren't right. They help you upload information when they need it. They are doing good.
They were very professional, very patient. They answered my questions to my satisfaction so I understand the whole process. Then they have videos there if I needed any clarification of anything that made the experience more simple. Once they were able to help me I was able to just breathe easier.
It's been a great experience. They are very helpful to me. They are constantly working with me. There was a lot of information to go over and he was very patient and explained everything. He never got frustrated. It was very professional.
