They have great customer service, they actually understand what we're going through a little bit more than just the other parties that just want you to come give them money. The rep that helped me did everything he could by looking at all the finance situations that I put myself in to find me the best outcome that fit my budget.

It was pretty responsive, the follow ups are very timely so I really didn't have a problem in terms with the customer service it was fine. I talked to another company and their rate is a little lower the monthly pay back was a little lower, not significantly but it was lower. The rep I soke to make me feel like it was going to help me because she fully explained it to me. I trust the program. It is easy to trust. All my questions are answered.
They answered my questions quickly even on the weekends. If I asked a question or I sent an email they responded almost immediately.
They are honest a,d very helpful when you have questions.
My experience with Americor has been good so far. One time when I called them I was on hold for 30 minutes when I was at work and didn't have time.
