Great experience dealing with true professionals. Took 72hrs from contract signing to completion. Bill Harrell provided onsite follow-up to make sure we were satisfied with the work and to answer any remaining questions. Hope not to have to replace or repair the roof any time soon but would not hesitate to call AmeriTex if the need arises. Bill also provided great references for additional painting and drywall repair. A+ Total roof replacement with 30yrs shingles due to major leak in upstairs bedroom.

This job was very difficult for the roofing company and it was extremely stressful for the home owner. The home was built in 1930 and the original roof (wood shingles) was discovered by the roofers. AmeriTex altered their price 3 times during the process. We never agreed upon the final price although I had signed a contract with an estimate prior to the work. They really did a good job. If there were any problems, they were rapidly addressed & they took care of them to my satisfaction. They completely replaced our roof.

Based on home inspector's suggestion; I called Ameritex on Friday and I was given two sales person's name and was told one of them will contact me by end of the day. I didn't hear from anyone on that day which was early in the week and finally called the owner on Friday. He also assured me that someone will contact me at the end of the day & asked me to text him my address, phone number and email which I did right after hanging up the call. I needed my roof inspected for damage after a recent hail storm. I contacted Ameritex Roofing on their website to set-up an appointment. I never heard back. I then called Ameritex Roofing and I was told that someone would contact me to set-up an appointment. Again, I never heard back. I called a second time and spoke with David. I contacted them for an estimate on reroofing our home. They did not contact me by phone or e mail. Nothing. Did not return a call for an estimate

No one returned my phone call. Which is disappointing because several of my neighbors had used them and recommended them. I called and left a message requesting an estimate to replace the roof on my house.
