Robert was very professional, honest and friendly. He explained the process in advance and was able to answer all my questions. His crew seemed experienced and worked efficiently in a brief amount of time. Recent storms resulted in a roof leak. Robert and his crew located the problem spot, made repairs, and replaced necessary flashing and shingles.

Problem/Leak resolved. I highly recommend Robert. He very knowledgeable, responsive, and he quickly resolved what has taken others multiple times to locate and fix. Robert was extremely prompt and found my issue within 10 mins.

Robert was on top of everything. He even called back afterward to ensure the job was done to our liking. There was one minor issue, and they came back and resolved it quickly. Our roof was leaking, and they replaced all 9 turbines because they had deteriorated over the last 14 years. They also checked and sealed all plumbing boots.

We utilize Ameritex Roofing in our real estate business to evaluate our buyer's and seller's properties. We find Bryan, Robert, Laurie and their entire team to be timely, ethical and honest in their evaluations. The work they have done for our clients has been exceptional and we have never had a complaint. They have also replaced my own personal roof and did an outstanding job.

Our experience replacing our roof with Ameritex Roofing was very positive with no issues whatsoever. Working with Laurie and Brian to meet with our insurance claims adjuster, schedule the date, select the roofing material, coordinate with insurance for payment, and getting the job done right, the whole experience was painless for us. I originally called Ameritex on Monday but had to leave a message. No one returned my call but then again, I was anxious so I may not have given them enough time and called back on Tuesday. I explained the situation to the lady who answered the phone and she said she would have Robert give me a call. Five minutes later I got a call back, by the end of the day, he was at our house, checked the situation out and gave us an estimate. Less than 24 hours later, the job was done! We called and they were out to inspect our property the same day! Since rain was expected that week they came out and performed repairs the following day! Very reasonable price and even called after it rained to make sure we didn't miss a spot since our leak was located and an intersection of roof! Will use these guys again! They also came out to a friends house for a quote and repair the same day! We had a roof leak at the intersection of our two rooflines over the garage. I received a very prompt reply to request for service. Robert McAllister worked around my schedule to find a time to come out. Unfortunately about 10 minutes after his arrival the rain started. He returned a second time to finish the inspection. I was expecting to be told we had to have a new roof. I was delighted to learn our roof was in great shape and did not need any maintenance either!
