After discussions with several roofers, we chose to work with Robert. He was very informative with no pressure to commit and very patient with our questions. Robert kept us informed of all the activity and his staff were very kind and did a great job cleaning up afterward. We will definitely use them again should the need arise. Roof Replacement

Robert did a great job for us. He was prompt for his appointments and gave swift feedback to any emails or phone calls. I was thrilled with the responsiveness and the price was right on target. The crew's roofing expertise was obvious from the beginning. They worked hard for two days and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. The new roof looks fabulous and I want to give a big hearty THANK YOU to Robert and the roofing crew. Ameritex removed the old roofing materials and added a new roof and roofing vents.

The crew showed up when expected and completed the job in a timely fashion. Robert was responsive to text, and email. Replaced roof and shingles, turbines, pipes, and flashing. Replced with 30 years shingles and new synthtic felt underlayment.

Very soon after I contacted AmeriTex Roofing to assess the hail damage on my roof, Robert McAllister called back and set up a time to inspect my roof. He determined that my roof did have considerable damage and should be replaced. I contacted my insurance adjuster and set up an appointment for his inspection. Robert came out again and met with the insurance adjuster. As a result, there was great communication with my insurance and with AmeriTex. After having three roofers fail to either show for estimates, scheduled repairs or return phone calls to advise why their crews did not show at the appointed time, or when they would actually show up, we called AmeriTex Roofing. Robert McAllister return our call promptly, showed up at the scheduled time for the estimate, gave a fair written estimate and promised he would have a crew out the next morning. I will update once the project is complete. Well the new roof and gutters are in place. Robert was on sight. He was available via email, phone callsand text at all times even on Sundays. The crew chief, Gonzalo, was responsive and kept his crew working as much as the high temps would allow. I can't say enough how this process was stress free. I will definitly use them to replace the roof when the time comes. Great to find honest business people Came out to evaluate a rental property for roof damage after a hail storm. Gave me an honest evaluation, roof can wait a little longer.

Robert was great to work with. Knowing very little about roofs themselves or the replacement process, Robert took the time to patiently answer all of my questions and pointed out multiple options to consider. He was not pushy at all (there was no "sales pitch") - just great customer service at all times. He was prompt with all appointments (as was his team), and response times to phone calls, emails, and texts were always very quick.
