They did a good job. It took two days because of the heat but I was very pleased with their service. They replaced my roof and gutters.
The primary thing I want someone to know about Ameritex is that they do what they say they are going to do. Their work is excellent, honest and very transparent. David would tell me "we'll have a crew out in the morning, or XYZ will be delivered on a particular day" and without exception things went exactly as planned. I live in McKinney, TX and I wanted to use a McKinney roofing company to replace my roof. I chose Ameritex because of the length of time they had been in business. They started off by giving me a low quote and then raised it because they made a mistake.?? As the crews were finishing they told me there would be about 12 squares left over which meant I would get some money back. When I asked the salesman he said no, they would use all of it. I called Robert immediately after the storm damaged my roof. He and his team showed up to perform the repair as soon as the weather cleared and it was safe to get on the roof.Repair price was extremely fair and appreciated.
