Amy was great to work with. Very attentive to what we needed and worked hard to complete everything in as short a time frame as possible. She kept us updated the entire time and was able to get us exactly what we were looking for.
Amy kept us updated in every step of the process. We experienced a bump during appraisal but we sorted it out. Amy and Indya made sure that there were no delays in closing.
The team at Finance of America Mortgage helped us to seamlessly refinance our primary mortgage to get a lower rate and lower monthly payment. We worked with Amy and she was great. Very personable and knowledgeable about what she does. There was a hiccup towards the end of the process where we were not able to close on time. However Amy was very attentive and updated ya throughout the process. Like I said, wonderful to work with.
