Amy is a great partner. She helped me with a home purchase with a 30 year term in 2019. Since rates dropped dramatically, Amy helped me to refinance into a 15 year term with a much lower interest rate in 2020. Amy communicated frequently with me during the process. Most of our communication was via updates she provided by e-mail. But, Amy was always available to take a call from me if I had any questions or concerns.
