I bought a house in September and used Amy as my lender after a horrible experience with another lender that is supposed to be very Military friendly . Amy picked up the ball that they dropped and continued the process without any issues and she even got us a lower interest rate. After The other company left us high and dry, she not only initiated the process but saw it through the entire way to ensure that we closed on time. She is very professional yet very personable. I will simply say that any service organization would be most fortunate to have her as a person representing them to the public. Amy always returned phone calls promptly. When I would call angry about providing or re providing info I always seemed to be laughing when the conversation was over. You are indeed fortunate to have her. I recommend an immediate raise and promotion for her!!!

Not all lenders are created equal and we certainly made a excellent choice with selecting Amy to be our loan officer! Amy went above and beyond for our purchase! Amy was awesome to work with. She was available to answer any questions that my wife and I had 7 days a week. She is very knowledgeable and willing to walk you through any questions that you may have.

Amy was terrific. Any question that I had at any time she would answer. Even when she was not in the office I knew if I called that she would get back to me asap. She was always upbeat and friendly. If I ever needed to apply for another loan I would want her to handle it.
