I want to take this time to thank everyone at the office for there kindness and sympathy when we had to put our beloved Sara down. I want to especially thank Mackenzie and her assistant for all they did. Mackenzie you are the best and thank you for making this a little easier.
Took my cat to be declawed here and they messed up and didn't do a consultation before hand so they couldn't do all four paws, I was so disappointed till one of the gals said we can do the other 2 paw in 4 weeks and paid in full so I wouldn't have to pay the rest in 4 weeks. The gal did a great job at keeping to what I was quoted by phone. My cat didn't seem to mind the visit :) he doesn't seem to be in any pain either! Dr. Darrow is amazing. He always takes such amazing care of my babies. Everyone there is so nice and caring. I appreciate sooo much the fact that they do after hours emergency.. I've had to use that a few times with our last visit being not so good and me losing my Chihuahua, Danny, the next day due to his kidney failure, the staff were so kind and careful with words.
