Took my cat to be declawed here and they messed up and didn't do a consultation before hand so they couldn't do all four paws, I was so disappointed till one of the gals said we can do the other 2 paw in 4 weeks and paid in full so I wouldn't have to pay the rest in 4 weeks. The gal did a great job at keeping to what I was quoted by phone. My cat didn't seem to mind the visit :) he doesn't seem to be in any pain either! RecommendedAlways so accommodating and friendly! The doctor pets and cuddles my cats and says they are perfect, no matter how many hundreds of pets she has seen!

Dr. Darrow is amazing. He always takes such amazing care of my babies. Everyone there is so nice and caring. I appreciate sooo much the fact that they do after hours emergency.. I've had to use that a few times with our last visit being not so good and me losing my Chihuahua, Danny, the next day due to his kidney failure, the staff were so kind and careful with words.
