My Akita Big Boy had a minor surgery there today. Staff was wonderful and the Doc was AWESOME, Big Boy came home happy and all better!! I have 2 of my dogs switched over to Anamosa and will be sending the rest of my dogs there!!

What a treasure! My beloved 17 year old cat Serena (who has traveled 30+ counties and rode along and camped at 11 trout streams) became ill with a urinary tract infection. I know her kidneys are weak. The doctor examined her, gave her long acting antibiotics and steroids, and the cat is feeling great this morning. I was amazed at the quality of care and the modest expense compared the prices in Cedar Rapids. Dr. Brian Darrow DVM is very friendly and took great care both of us. Such a great clinic! Worth the drive! Nothing but great people and positive things to say. Wish we would have found you sooner--we had to put our dog down and they were so kind and wonderful in one of the toughest days and the paw print you guys offer and did is such a great touch, esp when kids are involved in the loss-my 7 & 4 yr olds adore and cherish Lilly's print. You guys are awesome! Thank you so much for coming in after hours to help our bulldog Rosie and do an emergency c section. Rosie and our new little pup jersey are doing great.
