I would not even give them a 1. Our Great Dane was fixed here a few weeks ago. She was returned to us at pick up covered in urine and blood all the way up to her paws and snout and no explanation was given. We had to lay blankets and towels all over our house so her smell and the greasy dried up pee wouldn't get on things. She was miserable. Not pleased at all. My dog and I waited for a half hour to be seen for probably 4 minutes. The vet burst into the door and scared my dog and made her bark, which she rarely does. She should've calmly walked in, got onto her level and let her sniff. You think a vet would know how to approach a new animal. It was a routine visit after being adopted and she also has a limp now so I had her checked for that too.
