I saw Dr. Peterson at Aspen Dental on 6/5/2023 for full mouth extractions leaving a few on the bottom, and immediate dentures. He was professional, he answered my questions and made sure to extract the correct teeth, lol. He helped alleviate my anxiety and my experience went as well as it possibly could have. I have no idea how to rate the extractions themselves, they are a mess but probably supposed to be because so many were complex and had to be cut out. Dr. Petersen did my wisdom teeth extraction which was supposed to include partial extraction of the bottom teeth due to the roots being so close to the nerve. He instead did complete extraction of all 4. I also was not informed of what to expect following the procedure and was in significant pain but couldn't get in contact with him to see if it was normal. I had full extractions and paid to have Alveoloplasty at the same time to help with my denture fit. I got the extractions, but he only did the Alveoloplasty on the left side of my mouth, the front and right side just got routine extractions without any Alveoloplasty and now I'm having a lot of problems with my dentures fitting right. Dr. Petersen is about the well-being of his patients, I can say is a lie. My mother had to get a procedure done, removing some teeth of hers done by Petersen. The man messed up hugely by removing the wrong tooth! A tooth my mother can’t get back. I have yet to hear an apology for his mistake and wrongdoing.
