Words can not adequately express how amazing this place is. Dr. Lablue has taken care of my Monkey since July and has been very caring and professional since day one. Unfortunately today, she took a turn for the worse and lost her fight with cancer. Even though Dr. Lablue wasn’t there today Dr. McSwain took excellent care of my baby as we prepared to say goodbye. I’d like to thank Ben, Dr. Lablue, Dr. McSwain & staff for their excellent work and compassion.
No one wants to be faced with an after hours weekend emergency, but I found myself in the unfortunate situation. Admittedly I was hesitant and assumed the staff on hand during these hours may be sub par, but that was not at all what I experienced! Every staff member was friendly, professional, and made sure we were comfortable. My husband and I had to take our 15 year old Lab to be euthanized last night. I called ACC and spoke with James who spoke so kindly to me through my tears and he explained what would be done. They met us at the door and we placed our Good Boy in their hands. A painful evening for sure but I felt the genuine care they had for my baby. Thank you so much for your kindness in such a sad time. Best vets in Bay County! I absolutely love them. My baby has mammary gland cancer and Dr. McSwain and her staff took amazing care of her. Abby loves her too. My baby has been doing very well for several months now. Had to have one of her nipples removed but she recovered quickly from the surgery and has been doing well ever since. I highly recommend them.
My husband and I found an injured Loon at Pier Park. We called and James told us to bring the injured Loon to the clinic. James was so caring and we knew the Loon would be in great hands.
I am new to the area, and had an emergency with my cat Henry. From walking in I felt that they cared and he was going to be in good hands. He will be there for about 3 days and I can visit him anytime I want and they call me with updates. I have found my new Veterinary clinic for both my pets. Thanks Dr McSwain and Miss Morgan.
