RecommendedMy little yorkie is very sick. The staff at the animal hospital are taking very good care of her. They take my calls anytime and reassure me when I get emotional.
I had taken my cat Parker to multiple vets prior to the hurricane and after for a uti. Things took a turn for the worst and I could tell something was really wrong. I was told to take him here and he ended up having a blockage at some point that caused his kidneys to start failing. The other vets didn’t run the labs to check his kidney status and just switched his antibiotics. Dear Dr. LeBleu, It’s me Gracie. I just wanted to tell you I feel so much better already. I got home and rested a bit but within hours I was outside chasing my ball and stalking the squirrels that live in my yard. See you in a week. I appreciate this office so much. When I brought my kitten in (limp, unresponsive, and unable to walk) I was afraid he was a goner but in one night he’s better(lifting head and moving paw again). He’s still not 100% himself but they’ve been so sweet each time I’ve come in, crying. They’ve also welcomed me to come by as much as I want to see him as he gets better.
I want to take the time to thank Ben the Veterinary Technician who took care of us when we had to bring my dog in for euthanasia this past week. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and he was extremely compassionate and caring and you can tell he truly cares for his patients and their furparents. I had an emergency involving one of my 6 1/2 week old puppies on a Sunday afternoon. I called my normal veterinarian office & their recording referred me to call a number for emergency care that was not answered & had a full voicemail box. I called PetSmart & they said that they couldn't see my puppy & referred me to emergency clinics in Niceville, FL or Tallahassee, FL (Both locations over an hour away).
