I really appreciated the staff at Animal Clinic East. My dog very suddenly passed away. I called a number to take him to and was told to bring him here. Once I arrived they were opening the doors, and noticed how hysterical I was. They took me to a room and were so very compassionate through this hard time. I was having him cremated and determining the cause of death. The clinic had called me multiple times to let me know what was going on. We don't have a ton of choices around here for veterinary needs, and it seems that the prices reflect this. But they are great with their patients and go the extra mile to send reminders when it's time to schedule an appointment, birthday wishes, and if the unfortunate need arises, condolences. Every patient is valued. And I like that they do morning drop offs for emergency work ins.

Dr Cox and the staff were compassionate and supportive during Pipers mysterious illness. Hospitalization and fear she might die were coupled with appropriate treatment and love which brought her back. Thank you for not giving up and doing your research to find some solutions that led her recovery.

Michelle in the grooming center is so fantastic! She is incredibly patient with dogs new to grooming and she's always so kind to owners. My dog made her bleed from scratches the first time he was groomed and within two more sessions he was just wiggling up into her arms for snuggles. 14/10 would recommend.

A+ for services rendered. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is top notch. I’m very pleased using Animal Clinic East for my pets health needs.
