They have taken care of my families dogs for about 15 years and they helped me say goodbye to my beloved Shih Tzu, Calla and helped me welcome a new Shih Tzu, Rosette. They are wonderful.
I have a Bernese mountain dog that has been to this office three times in the last few months and they have been wonderful to work with. I usually have cats that they take care of.
I have taken my pets to the clinic for several years now and I am always greeted by smiles and courteous service. My pets do well and love going to see the Dr. Thank you for your caring treatment!
We had to have our sweet cat, Charlie, put to sleep last summer. The techs, doctor, etc were all so kind and professional. They were all so gentle with my kitty and compassionate. They made a tough situation bearable for my sons and I. We received his ashes back with his nose and paw prints which I will always we thankful for.
Everyone was so nice, professional and took really great care of our Jazzy. I would recommend this veterinary care to anyone. They really care about your pet and you as fur baby parents.

The vet and vet tech were AMAZING! However, the receptionist talked poorly about me over the phone to another vet clinic and I don't think she knew that I was right there listening in, well I was, and it was pretty rude, especially under the current circumstances! It was the larger woman who works the counter - Sorry if I was scared and nervous - But you are unprofessional and not very nice!
What a blessing these folks are to Rapid City SD ! While vacationing our Dachshund Rosebud took very ill. We came to the clinic with no idea what to expect. We were shown compassion with the utmost treatment of care, privacy and time to grieve her passing. We will always hold these folks in our heart.

I cannot say enough nice things about the people who helped us. I called and Jessie gave the most wise advice. When we arrived we were treated with such respect. Dr Bridgman is the epitome of professional and compassionate rolled into one very nice person. We said goodbye to our sweet Tuffy and they made it all okay…thank you, thank you!
