RecommendedWe had to take our cat today for a possible broken leg. We don't know what happened to her. Mike and Denise work there, and were great to us. We mostly dealt with Mike. He looked at our cat as though it was Mike's. He handled her with the greatest love, and even kissed her. Talk about a kind heart!!! Dr. Jim Davis looked at our cat, and both he and Mike didn't think her leg was broken. We were very impressed with the kindness of all who work here. We have had to take 2 of our beloved pups here and the staff has treated our babies with such love and compassion. They have been so kind and helpful. I highly recommend them. They encouraged me to call and come see my sweet border collie who is currently being treated for gunshot wounds. They are wonderful. ❤️
I have to say hands down, this vet hospital is the best! we had an emergency with some rescues and they were more than willing to help. from our panicked phone call, to greeting us at the door, to the care and love we received. the moment we stepped in we knew we had made the right descion. our situation was unique and required more steps, more phone calls, more time evaluating our every need. A big shout of thanks to Animal Emergency Center of Temple-Belton for taking such great care of Cuatro early this morning!! My fifteen pound “baby” had some issues that required medical attention and he was well taken care of by Dr. Black and his assistant!

I have to give a big thumbs up. I took my cat in on Christmas Eve morning after he'd gone outdoors for a few minutes and ended up coming back limping severely. Not knowing what to expect, I packed him up and went here. I guess it's the luck of the draw, but the staff on call were totally professional. The tech who did intake exam was very nice and professional, as was the vet who later did x-rays and thorough exam.
