I have to say a very hearthfelt thank you to the staff who were very understanding and compassionate and treated our family member with kindness, dignity, and gentleness both before and after, letting us say goodbye and being with him so that he knew he was loved as he passed and his pain ended.Thank you for making a difficult time easier to bear.
RecommendedI had my sick dog here and the care was fantastic! Highly recommend. The wait was minimal and vet called the next day to check on my dog.
RecommendedThis weekend was a nightmare but would have been much worse without the staff here. We brought our Maine coon into our regular vet for an emergency and they transferred care here. Kamloops stayed here all weekend and I was able to call and check in on him frequently. Special mention must be made of Mike, though. He kept us comforted, laughing, and informed. The entire staff took such good care of my baby and I am so grateful.

RecommendedOur dog needed to be seen and we called multiple ER vets in the austin/RR area only to be told they were at max capacity and would have to refuse us! We drove the hour to this center and so glad we did. We were treated so great by the kind staff. When you walk in you are made to feel welcome. The staff, techs, and dvm were awesome! The tech with the cool blonde hair and glasses ( sorry I forgot your name) was caring towards us and our pet! A few more staff I don’t know their names but thank you. I am in north Austin and the emergency clinics in our area were at capacity, so I called Animal Emergency Center. They told me to bring my dog on in, and we were in and out within an hour. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and treated our dog, Grace, as their own.
