I am in north Austin and the emergency clinics in our area were at capacity, so I called Animal Emergency Center. They told me to bring my dog on in, and we were in and out within an hour. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and treated our dog, Grace, as their own. RecommendedI’m writing this review with such a heavy heart, as my dog Ace crossed the rainbow bridge yesterday - however, it was not for lack of effort by the truly amazing staff here. Dr. Schultze was incredibly kind, caring and took his time explaining an exploratory surgery we elected to have performed on Ace. He called to keep me up to date on Ace’s prognosis and really informed me of next steps in detail. The true shining light of our entire hellish 72 hours was Mike. RecommendedWe took our car in last night because he was bleeding out of his mouth. They did not try to do any additional things to get more money out of us. They fixed our cat and he had a couple of accidents and they changed the towel and cleaned him up!
RecommendedI live in waco and my dog had emergency surgery at the waco clinic and let me tell you I will drive any day to temple to this clinic they are amazing they will explain things and actually care for your pet ! I will not go back to waco emergency ever the most un compassionate people ever I will chose to drive the 30 mins to temple emergency! The doctor and nurses both got on the floor with my baby and checked her out and brought her a blanket so she was more comfortable! Thank you guys so much for caring !
RecommendedI live in Waco but choose Temple Emergency Vet clinic if that tells you anything. They are way more professional and caring here than at the Waco emergency vet. And I actually worked at the Waco one for 4 days before I decided it was NOT a place I wanted to be associated with.
