RecommendedIt’s been one week since we had to say goodbye to our 14 year old dog Cody. It was a heart wrenching decision we had to make but it was time. Staff was very sympathetic and nice when we took our boy King in to get put to rest after a year of seizures and trying everything we possibly could to stop them. Never a place I want to necessarily be, but it's comforting to know I have options when needed. Staff is great.
Our 5 month old schnauzer was off and on sick for 5 days. We finally got her into our regular vet, where they determined that she had a blockage of some sort in her digestive track. They were unable to do the surgery so they sent us to Animal Emergency. Our puppy was taken back right away while we filled out paper work. They took great care of her and fixed her up with some pretty major exploratory surgery. Excellent experience with this group! Everyone made us feel comfortable and Dr Bickerstaff was amazing.
Today unexpectedly and under very sad and unfortunate circumstances I had to say goodbye to a very very old friend. I have to thank Animal Emergency Hospital for seeing us so quickly and handling her with such care. They allowed me to hold her as she passed and treated the situation with an incredible amount of kindness and dignity. God forbid I ever be in that situation again but I will return there if my animals are hurt again.

Absolutely amazing service. We took our 6 month old lab on after having massive surgery after he ingested fluff from a toy. He had to have surgery on his stomach and intestines. Needless to say we were a wreck and told he had less than a 50% chance. Animal Emergency was absolutely amazing! The care my pup received was beyond what I could have expected. This place is incredible! They saved my little boy Casio and did so much for us. All of the staff is amazing - the doctors are hard working, compassionate and explained all the procedures and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The nurses were all kind and fantastic to my boy. After reading some of the negative reviews I felt the need to share this. My 9 month old Rottie ingested a whole lot of foreign material into her stomach which was found by my vet during a routine surgery. He recommended I keep her under 24hr watch. Dr Erickson was first to see and care for my dog. Dr Erickson called me at approximately 8:00pm with an update which was followed up with another call at 11:45pm with yet another update on Harley's condition.
