Wont take donations to save a dogs life. Awesome job trying to blackmail a family into surrendering their dog when dozens of people were calling in to pay for the surgery. It would have been paid in full for this Dane-owning friend but because you wouldnt accept 500 dollar or more payments, the dog suffered and died. How about you get out of the practice cause OBVIOUSLY YOU ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND HAVE NO COMPASSION FOR THE ANIMALS AND FAMILIES THAT LOVE THEM!!!!!
Well I live in Oklahoma but let me start by saying I’m mind blown by people who were kids and said I want to be a veterinarian when I grow up to help save animals and then you’ve turned into the complete opposite. Poor poor Maverick oh my heart literally cry’s for him right now, if you guys could’ve answered your phone he wouldn’t be gone, if you would’ve accepted donations from many many people trying to save his life in the short 30 min we had to do so, he’d be alive. You didn’t even give maverick a chance. What kind of pe... read more
Crooks. No more to be said.
I have one description word--CROOK! I will never recommend this place. I am convinced they are more concerned about money than they are of our pets. We were charged an extra $90 for a med on the day of homecoming that I am sure was maybe worth a whole dollar. yes, I'm ticked off and not to mention, if you cannot afford the lump sum bill up front, they want you to call people to get the money.
i felt racism there. they took everyone but me so i walked out after 3 hrs. 7 people came after me & one just b4 i left. the receptionist should have been more helpful
The wait was 3 hours long. The diagnoses was GI when the dog had a mass the size of a grapefruit per the xrays. I was told to eventually I’d have to make a decision on removing the mass or putting him to sleep. The Doctor never mentioned this was an emergency, he sent the dog home on pain meds and told me to follow up with our Vet on Monday. The dog got extremely worse, we took him to an emergency clinic in Milford where he passed away right before having surgery. This case wasn’t explained an emergency and per two other VET... read more
I foster through a rescue. This cat is a forever foster due to health issues. I brought him here last evening. First time I've used their service (other than scanning a found dog). I didn't realize you did not go back with your pet. I thought they might need the info that I was at his vet the day prior and what they did there so I went back up and mentioned it but they said no, they didn't need that. When I was called back into a room I still was not able to see the cat. I explained everything again along with his vet... read more
Absolutely TERRIBLE. Unbelievably mad they were the only thing open and we had to take our beloved dog there. We had to wait 2 hours to get in a room when there was ONE OTHER COUPLE there. One other animal but we waited 2 hours with a dog with a broken arm. After getting him in, it was 3 hours of waiting in the room while they did lord knows what in the back. We arrived at 7:15 and didn’t leave until 12:15 with a $500 bill for putting a cast on and for giving him pain medication. I was frustrated with our experience but what... read more
My dog ate a bee, and had gotten stung, on her face and down her throat. So she was having problems breathing. The only real issue I had was the time to just check her out. Had I known I would have just given her some and left, and still paid the same amount of money. By the time we left she was about back to normal. But, they did their job. Long waiting periods in between couple minute visits, like come in diagnose talk and let’s get out of here, was there for 4-5 hours But that would be all.
