I can not believe the inhumanity that I have just witnessed regarding this establishment. DO NOT patronize this business! They let a poor Dane named Maverick die because they refused donations of less than $500 at a time that would have saved his life. These people are not in the business to care for our beloved furbabies, they are only in the business for money. Then a tech said to the owner, I will pay to save him if you give him to me, seriously, what kind of person does that to an already hurting family. I hope your business goes under. Shame on you guys, GOD don't like ugly, remember that on judgement day.
Do not take your dog there in an emergency! Even with a group of people calling to make donations to cover the full bill they refused to answer the phone and let a beautiful Great Dane die who could still be alive, absolutely DISGUSTING!!!
I am simply appalled at the heartless acts, sick behavior and poor business practices of Animal Emergency Hospital! Tonight a Great Dane came in with bloat. Critical emergency situation that the dog only has minutes for emergency care to be performed for him to live. Letting a dog suffer and die from bloat because you haven't received $$$ before surgery shows what kind of practice you are. Whole amount would've been payed by the time surgery was done if you picked up your phone and took donations from great dane community. And blackmailing an owner to surrender her dog if she wants surgery and can't pay is just a proof what kind of people y'all are. Disgusting! You should be ashamed to even call yourself veterinarians.
