Absolutely amazing! Front office Diane is incredible, caring, understanding and patient. Tech staff is sweet, caring, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in "laymans" terms. The vet we saw, Dr Stone, was phenomenal! So compassionate, interested and sincerely wanted to get to the bottom of what what was wrong with my Grady boy. An absolute 5 stars! This emergency room rocks! Not only did they save my little cooper (diabetic) they treated both of us like family. They were in constant communication, treated Cooper with love and were such a great team to work with. Dr Dietrich and Dr Stone were AWESOME! The office manager Diane and Kayla were so compassionate and caring. I can't say enough about them!!

Very caring. Boomer was well taken care of...quickly too. My main objection was I really didn't know what was going on and was sent home. They HAD given me an overview though. And a HUGE Bill.
I can't thank Dr. Burgess and his staff for the care they gave Buddy today. He developed a URI and they treated him so gently giving him fluids and Amoxicillin. Thank you for open when we needed you. You were highly recommended by Dr Luttinen, our regular vet, from Wheaton Way Vet. Thank you again so much.
