Get directionsThey took such good care of my fur baby when she was in excruciating pain three days after a surgery. They kept her overnight and got her over a painful part of her recovery. Will highly recommend to everyone.❤️🐾🐾
We needed to take our dog in after a dental surgery because bleeding had gotten bad. It was if not extreme at least troubling. Our vet doesn’t do after hours emergency appointments. The Trauma Center was wonderful. We followed Covid procedures and waited in our car. Their speed and communication was remarkable. The care proceeded in stages with phone discussion, cost and approval at each step. Forty- five minutes later we were loading him into the car. All patched-up. It’s not convenient but worth the drive. The cost wasn’t ... read more
After sitting in gig harbor for over two hours with a cat that had been hit by a car and had an obviously broken leg we drove to Poulsbo. We were seen as soon as we arrived, he aaa xray’d and medicated in a matter of minutes. Everyone was kind and caring. My children were allowed to say good bye to him when the time came. I appreciate every single person that helped us that night. Thank you!
brought my cat in for some external wounds, probably from a fight. They took such good care of her. They're practicing great covid-19 safety measures such as having owners wait in the car rather than inside, and call to check in, as well as wearing masks when transferring custody of pets. The staff is super friendly and very communicative, explaining things in detailed layman's terms. Definitely would recommend this office when your beloved pet is in distress.
Wellllll, this is the first time we have taken our dog here because our normal vet couldn’t take her at the moment but they seemed pretty good at ( animal emergency and trauma Center ) 😇Thank you guys💖😇
They hydrated my girl overnight for 2 nights while my other clinic was closed. Reasonable and kind. Thank you for taking good care of Stevie!
Business response:
You are very welcome. We are glad she's finally back home!
Our 8 month old puppy got into something during a hike. When we brought her in she was wobbly, her head was bobbing around, lethargic, and not eating or drinking. AETC took her right in, ran some tests, got her stable, and loved on her throughout the night. They are caring, thoughtful, and honest. 💗
Business response:
Thank you Renee! Glad we could help. Please let us know if you need anything else.
Within days of the lockdown in March my beloved CKCS Ted’s cancerous tumor ruptured during the middle of the night. The sensitivity of the staff and their concern for the comfort of my boy and safety of the humans created a peaceful space for me to say goodbye to him with dignity and love. Thank you.
Business response:
Hi Jeanne, I am so sorry for your loss of Ted. As a pet parent, I know the sorrow in saying goodbye to our beloved fur babies. I am grateful for your kind words and will pass them on to our staff. Take care and be well.
Dealing with a kitty cat with an infected abscess on a Saturday. All while we’re dealing with the coronavirus. Very pleasant and informative staff under very trying circumstances. Incredibly grateful that they were available.
