Macey had his last farewell today. He was surrounded with love, gentle touch and soothing words. Macey responded with a very faint purr to let us know that he loved all of us too. It was his way of saying goodbye after a wonderful 15-year life. Macey was the best cat a person could have as a friend. Even though the outcome was sad in the loss of our sweet beagle June I can't say enough great things about Dr. Smithe and his staff. Everyone was genuinly concerned and were so compassionate and helpful in making a very difficult decision. Thank you, Dr. Smithe and staff.
On the evening of my birthday last night, We had to take our pet rat in for emergency euthanasia after her tumor had burst. The clinic typically does not see pet rats, but I called and asked and they agreed to assist. Dr Cameron Smithee was absolutely phenomenal! These people are phenomenal. My puppy was so sick and they didn't miss a beat taking care of him. The caring at this clinic is amazing. I can't say enough about the kindness and quality of care!
Tonight our English Bulldog was stung by a bee in the face. She immediately swelled up and had some labored breathing. I ran through AETC front door, arms full of Bulldog, Jennifer had the door open and whisked our beloved pup to the back. The staff was caring, very attentive and treated our girl perfectly. Thank you all for being there when we needed you.
We brought my dog in on a Sunday she was really sick and we had to end up putting her down. They were really nice the whole time and I just got my dogs paw prints in ink on paper with a card in the mail. Super thoughtful and something to help remember her by.
Everyone there was very kind, thoughtful and wonderful to my dog and to me. As we were leaving another owner came in carrying his dog, everyone from the front desk, and nurses and doctor jumped into action to make sure the dog was stable and well cared for. I'm very impressed! Even as I write this review, I just received a call from the doctor about my dogs lab results just to ease our minds.
