My dog broke out in hives head to toe from an allergic reaction. Everyone at the Animal ER had my dogs best interest at heart and did everything they could taking into consideration her comorbidity of a heart murmur. The staff was so loving towards my fur baby and made me feel so good about my dog being in their hands. Nothing but good things to say about everyone there, Cindy at the front desk, the vet and even the vet student was awesome!

Such caring and professional staff who go out of their way to accommodate your pet's needs. Very thorough and good follow up to make sure your well is doing well. I've used Animal ER twice now for my pet and am always pleased with the outcome.

very caring staff, very attentive to the pets and the people. ER vets are always expensive, that is an industry standard, that being said if they did routine vet work I'd bring all my animals there.
Our fur baby was in crisis again this month but this episode was the the worst. He had trouble breathing, and walking; by the time he got to the lobby, he collapsed! The techs came out and put him on a stretcher and wheeled him back for oxygen and tests. I've been to another animal Clinic in another state and here we got updates and weren't waiting for hours wondering what was going on.
