Wonderful experience when I was panic stricken over my dog. They were lovely, handled my dog with care and the cost wasn’t nearly what I thought it’d be!! They did a great job. I hope I never need the ER again but if I do I know where to go!!

My 7 month old Frenchie turned up with a Urinary Tract Infection. I called and they said bring him right in. The receptionist on the phone started what is the most amazing and competent bet experience I’ve ever had. This was a true medical emergency and it’s important to know this important service isn’t cheap just like any other emergency service. Last Monday night our dog was clearly in devastating pain. I foolishly waited for our regular vet to open, only to be told they were booked all day with surgeries. We raced our baby to the ER Vet, where they discovered she had a blocked urethra due to a bladder stone, and x-rays showed many, many more stones in her bladder. The surgeon was able to catheterize her to relieve the pressure on her bladder and doing so unblocked the urethra.
