RecommendedMy senior dog and I paid a visit to Animal ER tonight for treatment regarding a reaction to the vaccinations he received earlier in the day (from his regular vet). Dr Sorrentino and her entire staff were beyond amazing. They went above and beyond for my dog and he walked out feeling brand new! In regards to price, they were not unreasonable for EMERGENCY services. I also met the resident clinic cat, Orange Juice who donates blood to her fellow felines in need. I took my boxer, Lucy in because her back paw was inflamed with blisters, probably from insect bit. The Dr treated the wound and gave her a steroid shot. Sent her home with antibiotics, steroids & this lovely collar to prevent licking the wound. (However, she keeps bouncing into things with this collar! 😂🤣)We are expecting a full recovery! 😀 Thank you Dr. Emily Viebranz and all the staff at Animal ER of University Park for taking such good care of Lucy! Staff is very efficient & caring.
Dr. Sorrentino did an excellent job taking care of my cat. She saved her life. The entire staff was very caring and professional.

From the moment we entered the Animal E.R. of University Park we received a warm & compassionate greeting from Taylor who helped us immediately. We are very grateful to Dr. Jodie Sorrentino for her help, time & support in caring for our dog Pico. The technicians Megan and Julie went above and beyond with helping us. Our family thanks all of you for your help and compassion at this very difficult time.
Dr. Hollifield and Nurse Terri, are awesome, I can't say enough about the staff. They are kind and compassionate..Last night was my third visit to the ER, with my dog and each time they have taken wonderful care of us. Thank you.

We are so thankful for the staff at Animal ER, especially Dr. Holifield, Dr. McGinnis, and Terri, for taking such great care of our dog when he became very very sick-over a holiday week of all times. They always made sure we had accurate and timely information in order to make the best decisions possible. We loved getting the text updates, and anytime we called or stopped in to ask questions or check in on him, we were always greeted with care and compassion. Thanks to Animal ER, our pup is on his way to full health.
