This place has failed to confirm appointments twice causing me to reschedule, inconvenience, cost in childcare and time in life. Most recently, I scheduled a post-op visit after her surgery. They never confirmed it and the vets there that day were not “comfortable” seeing my dog because they did not do the surgery. If my dog were my human, this would be malpractice. How can you operate on an animal and refuse to honor the post op appointment. Honestly this is disgraceful. What a poorly run business

A good friend of mine was going out of town on a business trip and trusted this vet clinic to take care of his 10 week old puppy. She was diagnosed with pneumonia the week prior and was receiving treatment so he felt leaving her at a vets office and giving them permission to do anything she needed (feeding tube, IV, oxygen...) was the best option for his puppy’s health.
