Although my doggie "passed away at the ER veterinarian on lake underhill. My big girls' primary vet was notified by the ER vet of her passing. It was from my surprise that I was sent a postcard from her primary, extending their condolences. Thank you to both. You guys are the best! ❤️
We have a new puppy and we were very nervous to start veterinary care after hearing so many bad stories. We were recommended here by a neighbor and I see why. The staff was very courteous and they were very gentle with our baby. The pricing was reasonable and up front. We are very happy to have found this place and will be going back
I feel obligated to let you know that these people are the worst on this field. Drover my dog has been coming for boarding longer than 2 year. Even though it was a 25 miles drive we didn’t want to change his boarding because of him being old. I made an appointment for boarding 3 month before December the 22nd 2023. And they canceled the appointment at 5:00pm on December the 21st, why??? Because we did not accept the extra charges, that they try to get every time you board a pet. The entire staff from the front desk receptionists to the techs, everyone is very friendly and professional. A special shout out to Dr. Iness, she always goes above and beyond when caring for Django and Lily. I truly appreciate and trust her completely. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
Poor service, waited an hour past our appointment time without any check in to share there was an extended wait. They send an email and text letting you know they will charge $30 if missed half of appt. Yet they have no respect for our time. The dr asked if my pet was spayed after she was the one that spayed her. There was no accountability or care. Really disappointed as I’ve gone to them for our pets needs.
