While trying to get a appointment for our cat that is peeing blood, we were told to come in at 7:30 for an emergency visit. Upon arriving at 7:30, we were told all of the emergency visit slots were filled. Thank you for offering zero help and wasting our time with false promises.

Sure do miss Dr. Fromm! Was treated very ugly by the front office people today. Dr. Fromm would go above and beyond to make sure his patients are happy and it didn’t happen today for sure, but he’s not there. I will be moving ALL 6 of my animals to another clinic!

You can’t get an appointment until about 2-3 weeks out. So they offer the emergency spots. I called and they told me to come the next morning for one of those spots. Well, I get there and then I get told they can’t do them today due to no doc. It’s just frustrating and will be taking my animals to another vet.

They caused my dog to die. They prescribed her medication and dosed her wrong. I had 2 other vets verify but by then, it was too late.

do not do surgery on dogs then leave then ALONE all nite because they have an ecollar on. I was never informed of this or I would have brought my baby home. as a nurse I could have watched him and taken him to emergency for problems. instead he chewed his sutures out and bled to death alone wondering where I was....you all should be ashamed.

DO NOT USE THIS VETS OFFICE EVER SINCE THEY MERGED WITH THE NEW OWNER ANIMAL CARE IS NO LONGER THE TOP PRIORITY ONLY MONEY MONEY IT IS RIDICULOUS THEY GET THIS JOB TO HELP ANIMALS I DONT GET THAT FEELING ANYMORE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

Very disappointed ... I called at 9:00 Friday morning and they said they were not taking appointments... they say walk ins welcome starting at 2:00 ... I get there at 1:30 and there is not even one parking spot ... I wait and go back at 4:30 and they said they’re not taking walk inns anymore.... do I have to camp out just to get my dog looked at ? I’m glad he’s not deathly ill

I called about a month ago to see when my dog needed his next round of shots. I explained his age, last round of shots, etc. They told me I would need to get his shots in about a month and to get his shots and I could either wait an extra few weeks for an appointment or come to their walk in hours. I came in today at 2 (when the walk in hours begun) and was told there would be an hour wait. 2.5 hours later, I was told he didn’t need shots until July and that my time waiting was wasted.
