DO NOT USE THIS VETS OFFICE EVER SINCE THEY MERGED WITH THE NEW OWNER ANIMAL CARE IS NO LONGER THE TOP PRIORITY ONLY MONEY MONEY IT IS RIDICULOUS THEY GET THIS JOB TO HELP ANIMALS I DONT GET THAT FEELING ANYMORE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

Very disappointed ... I called at 9:00 Friday morning and they said they were not taking appointments... they say walk ins welcome starting at 2:00 ... I get there at 1:30 and there is not even one parking spot ... I wait and go back at 4:30 and they said they’re not taking walk inns anymore.... do I have to camp out just to get my dog looked at ? I’m glad he’s not deathly ill

I called about a month ago to see when my dog needed his next round of shots. I explained his age, last round of shots, etc. They told me I would need to get his shots in about a month and to get his shots and I could either wait an extra few weeks for an appointment or come to their walk in hours. I came in today at 2 (when the walk in hours begun) and was told there would be an hour wait. 2.5 hours later, I was told he didn’t need shots until July and that my time waiting was wasted. They have CHANGED!! And NOT for the better!!! Don't separate me from my dog! Don't tell me that my 15 year old dog needs to lose 30% of her body weight! She's 15 years old and doesn't have that long to live!! I'll not let her die hungry!! The new vet made me feel horrible about myself AND my dogs! I WILL NOT have them subjected to that attitude again! BTW....New vet: It's considered good manners to introduce yourself!!
Do not care for the new Lady vet! She has the same im here for a check attitude as the front desk. I have used this vet for about 25 years and never been so disappointed!

The vets are amazing but the front staff is horrible. They used to love what they did and care about the animals not anymore they just seem like it's a job and hope their day finishes quickly!!! Looking for a new place!

My dog Bill was taken from our home on Monday between 5:30 and 7:00 Pm and two days later was seen by your clinic. I was alerted by the 24hr pet service that micro-chipped my dog 6 years prior, that you released my pet to strangers Staci and James ? and provided me with there phone number. Our pet had already been listed as lost through Centex humane Society the day before the persons who removed my dog brought him to your clinic.
