In 1993, the size of the facility was doubled to add additional boarding and hospital space. In 1998, we again enlarged the facility and also separated the hospital business from the boarding business. I’ve been bringing my pets to Animal Medical Center of Amarillo since 2015. They really care about your pet! (Dogs, in my case😀) They have taken excellent care of both my dogs. I feel secure in the knowledge that my pets are getting the best care possible!

Took my baby(7 year old Boxer) in for a big knot on his jaw that was bleeding. I was nervous to find out what it was as boxers are prone to cancers, thankfully it is just an abscess. Gave us some antibiotics and he’s taken two doses already and feeling better. Thankful for them, their car and love for our baby!

Best small animal clinic in Amarillo area. Staff is caring and helpful! I’ve always had a great experience there and I know that my pets’ health and well-being is most important at AMC.

I took my dog in for kennel cough and his heart worm shot,they took him back and got his things done and brought him back to me it didn’t seem like it didn’t take the staff that long to get him done and they were nice to me
I’ve taken my basset hound to AMC since she was a puppy and I promise you that no one will care for your pet as well as this office. The support staff, vet techs, and the vets are all so incredibly caring and really understand that they aren’t just pets, but family. Thank you all for taking care of my Ouiser girl for the past 5 years!
