All I can say is Thanks! We almost lost our dog. At 7:00 in the morning Misty was lethargic and could barely stand up. We took her to our veterinarian where they ran some blood tests. 15 minutes later they tell me we need to get her to a critical care center. When she commented that she was surprised that Misty wasn’t already gone provided me the incentive to disregard the speed recommendation on I-95. Everyone was so nice. My puppy was very relaxed when everyone came in to check in her. And she really liked the Veterinarian. That means a lot to us to know she was not scared.
We can't thank them enough! Our 5 year old corgi/dachshund mix had a slipped disc and was not walking. We were referred to this facility by our veterinarian. From the moment we walked in the door, they were nothing but helpful and compassionate. They were very blunt from the get go about our dog needing surgery but understood that our finances didn't allow it. They assisted us in applying for care credit but didn't push us to do so. We opted for the surgery. After surgery it was still questionable whether she would walk or n... read more
