EVERYONE....from the front desk, to assistants, techs, Drs, and surgeons were extremely friendly, understanding, patient and helpful! They made sure I was comfortable in understanding everything, from the process, procedure, estimates, and discharge instructions. If I ever had another need for it, I would definitely go back to have my furry family member taken good care of. Thank you to ask the staff!
Had my two fur babies at dog spot hotel for 9 days and picked them up yesterday to find this nasty, infected, long gash on Zeros thigh and apparently no one there saw it... even during his bath?! So we went to Critical Care to have him looked at. All of the employees were very compassionate and concerned. Even though our situation wasn't life threatening, they treated Zero very timely and explained everything as they were doing it. We will definitely be returning!!
When my cat showed signs of another horrible impaction, of course on a late night/early morning weekend? My first thought was to take him immediately to the wonderful caring professionals here, but we had moved to Merritt Island from Suntree and as my thoughts are not as clear as should be on the factual issues when it comes to decisions to be made during stressful moments related to ER care w my fur babies? I've been here several times now since I'm a multi pet family and always love the professional treatment we've always received.
The Staff was amazing! Everyone was so loving and concerned about our little furry boy, Max. From our first initial admittance with Dr Serio, who was extremely professional and showed empathy with our concerns. She advised my husband and I, with every procedure needed before executing it on Max. Dr Jackson who I have to say is the guardian angel of Max, took the extra time to phone us with updates as they would become known. She was just as empathetic for our concerns as Dr Serio.
