Being first-time homebuyers, I can imagine it being a little stressful on the real estate agent assigned with showing us homes. Melissa did an outstanding job and was able to answer all our questions or direct us to someone who could. She was very knowledgeable and patient. She was even able to get us closed on a place not long after our lease ended to minimize our rent overlap. Highly recommend!

Melissa was absolutly the perfect choice for our move to the Raleigh area. She is knowledgeable, honest, straightforward, and patient. She listened to what we wanted and knew when to provide her input and when to let us vent. Working with Melissa was a great experience, and we will not hesitate to use her again and again if need be. Her and her team were epic in the sale of my home from across the country. They made sure all the paperwork was correct and did everything in a very timely matter. Has a great way with people so she was able to help get me top dollar for my home. A great job from start to finish.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience with a Real Estate Professional. Ann Milton helped me in every step of the process.
