Where do I start... First off I live in CA and was moving to NC, and buying my first house with my husband who is deployed. Ann was truly amazing. We live about three hours from the property we sold and Ann made the whole process so easy. She arrived at the property with all the documents she needed to assess the property and she had walked the property lines and located the corner markings prior to our arrival. We had 3 days to find a house in Raleigh. Melissa blocked out the entire time for us and showed us houses till we found the right one. We purchased a home in North Carolina from across the country and Melissa was great to work with! It was a stress free process on her end and we appreciated all her help! The only thing I would say is shop around for lenders. She works with one lender and we were not impressed with them or the process. However this isn't her fault, just shop lenders first. She is amazing and we are truly grateful to have had her help. Thank you Melissa!
